The Wesley Methodist Church is certainly one of the most important religious buildings in the city and has been standing since 1862. The church is located close to the Harrogate Theatre on Oxford Street and only a few minutes away from the better-known Saint Peters C of E church just.
Still a working church regularly holding services; despite the rather formidable looking exterior, the Wesley has an attractive interior, particularly with the presence of a large white and pale blue organ. As you can see from this great shot, the church is very central and is just across the road from the main shopping areas.
