The Valley Gardens is another popular area of parkland, located on the western side of the city. The gardens are open every single day of the year and have an impressive number of facilities such as crazy golf, band concerts, tennis courts, skate park and BMX facility.
There are also a great number of buildings worth viewing in the park such as the Sun Pavilion, a number of colonnades, the Pump House and 36 different spa wells. For any gardening fans who are visiting Harrogate, the Elgar Walk is particularly delightful and there are many floral displays, trees and shrubs to enjoy. The Valley Gardens also just minutes away from the Crown Hotel, on foot or by car.
