Parliament Street is one of the most important in the city of Harrogate; home to Bettys Tea Rooms and also the Cenotaph which is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens.
These gardens with their gorgeous flowerbeds are of particular pride to the city, having won numerous awards over the years on both a British and European level. You can reach both the main railway station and virtually any part of Harrogate city centre from Parliament Street within less than five minutesŐ walk, making for an excellent starting point to your visit.
